Michelle Anderson building AI systems live with program participants

An 8-Week Live Build · Cohort 1 · September 2026

Your whole business shows up. Not just the parts you’re good at.

A live, eight-week program where you and Michelle build your complete AI-powered business system together. Content, sales, client delivery, operations. You leave each week with something running, not something planned.

Why This Exists

You’re good at what you do. That was never the problem.

You built a real business. But you’re one person, and the business needs a content department, a sales team, client support, and someone to handle the admin. So the parts you’re naturally good at shine, and the rest gets done at 11pm or not at all.

The Business Build fixes the capacity problem and the quality problem at once. Your AI team runs every function of your business, in your voice, trained on your way of doing things. More than you could do alone. Better than you could do burnt out.

Not a Course. A Build.

You don’t watch. You build.

Live, Every Week

Eight weekly sessions: thirty minutes of teaching, an hour of building together. You watch it work in your own business before the call ends.

Built on Your Business

No generic examples. You build with your offers, your clients, your voice. Week 1 gets you oriented and set up; from Week 2 you're building on your real business.

No Code. Ever.

If you can write an email, you can build this. Every system comes with a template, and Michelle builds alongside you the whole way.

The 8-Week Arc

Eight weeks. One running business system.

Before Week 1: light pre-work. A few installs and gathering your business materials, so you arrive ready to build, not scrambling to set up.

Phase I · Weeks 1–2

FOUNDATION

Get oriented, then give your business a brain.
01

Orientation & Setup

How Claude works, the vocabulary, and your workspace set up together, step by step. You leave organized, connected, and ready to build. No jargon, no assumptions.

02

Your AI Business Brain

A workspace that knows your business as well as you do, and a strategic advisor you can consult before decisions.

Phase II · Weeks 3–4

PRESENCE

Your content and visibility engine.
03

Your AI Content Department

One recording in, a week of on-brand content out. Posts, newsletter, hooks, captions, all in your voice.

04

Your AI Visibility Engine

Your lead magnet, opt-in page, and the engine that puts your work in front of the right new people.

Phase III · Weeks 5–7

SYSTEMS

Your revenue and operations.
05

Your AI Sales & Conversion System

Warm leads nurtured, discovery calls prepped, proposals out the same day instead of sitting in drafts.

06

Your AI Client Delivery & Success System

A version of you, trained on your methodology, that clients can consult between sessions.

07

Your AI Admin Office

Inbox triage, SOPs, meeting notes, invoice follow-up. The work that was eating your evenings, handled.

Phase IV · Week 8

INTEGRATION

The connected, running business.
08

Your AI-Powered Business, Live

Everything connected, scheduled tasks running, and a methodology to keep building after the program ends.

The Build

You don’t leave with a plan. You leave with it running.

Built For

If this sounds like your week, you’re in the right room.

  • Solopreneurs who are done piecing AI together one tool at a time
  • Coaches, consultants, and service providers whose evenings belong to admin
  • Founders who tried AI, got generic output, and quietly wrote it off
  • Women who want a business that runs like a team, without hiring one

Meet Your Guide

25 years of teaching. Now she teaches this.

Michelle Anderson spent more than 25 years as an art educator, teaching in seven countries with a master’s in educational technology. Then she pointed all of that at AI: first building content systems to solve her own visibility problem, then building Kyma, actual software, solo, with AI as her only developer.

She is not a tech founder, and that’s the point. Everything in this program was built by someone who started where you are: a business, no engineering team, and no interest in becoming a programmer. Her entire company runs on the exact systems you build in these eight weeks.

The teaching part isn’t new to her. The subject is just finally big enough.

From the Live Workshops

What happens when Michelle teaches this live.

My head is exploding with inspiration. Your knowledge of AI is impressive, and it was freely shared. Thank you!

Fabulous, not so scared now! I'll be playing with AI now to improve my social media posts. Thank you Michelle.

Cohort 1

Founding Member spots. Waitlist first.

Cohort 1 is small by design, and it comes with a Founding Member rate that won’t exist again. Pricing is announced when enrollment opens August 18, and the waitlist hears everything first. Joining the waitlist commits you to nothing. It just means you won’t find out about this after it’s full.

Before You Ask

The questions everyone asks first.

How much time does it take each week?

One live session a week, about ninety minutes: thirty of teaching, an hour of building together. Plan another hour or two to put that week's system to work in your business. From Week 2 on, the systems you've built start handing time back.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens, and a missed call doesn't put you behind. Every session is recorded, every week comes with its build template, and you can catch up before the next call. The build is sequenced, not sink-or-swim.

Do I need to be technical?

No. There is no code in this program, ever. If you can write an email describing what you want, you can build everything in the eight weeks. Week 1 is a full orientation, so nobody starts behind. Claude does the heavy lifting; you bring the business knowledge only you have.

What tools do I need, and what do they cost?

A paid Claude account is the core of the build, currently around $20 a month. The whole point of the program is building your business on one capable tool instead of stacking subscriptions, so there's no long shopping list hiding behind enrollment.

Will this actually work for my business?

The program is built on your business, not near it. Week 1 gets you oriented and fully set up, Week 2 loads your offers, voice, and audience into your AI Business Brain, and every week after that you build with your real content, your real clients, your real operations. Generic examples are banned from the room.

What does it cost?

Founding Member pricing is announced when enrollment opens on August 18, and the waitlist hears it first. Cohort 1 is small by design, and the founding rate won't exist again after this round.
