Done by Noon
A free live workshop · Wednesday, August 19 · On Zoom
See a whole business run on AI. Content, clients, admin, all of it.
One morning, compressed into two hours. By “noon,” everything a business needs done that day is done. Run live by one former art teacher. No team, no code, nothing staged.

Who this is for
You are the content team, the sales team, and the admin department.
Also the person who was supposed to be doing the actual work.
You tried AI and got back something that sounded like a stranger doing an impression of you. So now you're not sure whether this stuff works, or whether everyone selling it is just very good at selling it. Fair. I'd be suspicious too.
I'm not going to argue with you about it. I'm going to open my laptop and run my Wednesday morning while you watch.
For the woman who does everything: come see the whole thing run.

What you'll watch
One morning. Three demonstrations. Nothing built for the show.

Content
The content gets made
A post written, an image made, live, from the system I run every day. Then a short video in my voice that I didn't film.

Clients
The client work gets handled
Monday prep from my real client tracker: who to follow up with, what to say, and prep for the call that just got booked. Initials only — they're real people.

Admin
The admin gets done
An invoice, start to finish, for a client I'll tell you upfront is invented. She's fictional. The system is not. Then meeting notes and a website touch-up.
By noon, everything a business needs done that day is done. That's the whole argument.

How the two hours go
I'll tell you exactly where the pitch is.
Everything before it is yours whether you buy anything or not.
The pitch is pre-announced
The last twenty minutes cover my paid program. What it is, what it costs, then I stop.
No pressure at the end
No countdown, no closing doors. If it isn't for you, that's fine. The kit is yours either way.
On time, both ends
Two hours means two hours. I've sat through the ones that run forty minutes over. Not doing that to you.

What you leave with
The gathering kit.
Not homework. One page, six things to collect, and the reason each one matters more than you'd think.
Plus the habit that starts Thursday morning: capture everything. That pile of voice notes and half-formed opinions is the raw material, and almost nobody keeps it.
I hand it over at the end and walk you through it, so you leave knowing what to do with it rather than holding another list you'll never open.
This is step one of the Business Build, the paid program I'll walk through at the end. The kit is yours in full, free, whether or not you ever buy anything.
One Thursday-morning action. No skill required. The gold lives in there.

Who's running it
I built this because I needed it.
I'm Michelle Anderson. I taught art for twenty-five years across seven countries, and two years ago I couldn't have told you what an API was.
What I had was a business, a very long list, and no team. So I started building the help I couldn't afford to hire. The systems you'll watch on August 19 are the ones I run on an ordinary Wednesday, not something assembled for a slide.
No code. No team. One laptop and a stubborn streak.

Questions
Asked before every session.
No. I'm not technical either, and I'm the one running it. If you can type into a chat window you'll follow every demonstration. I explain what each thing is as I go.
Nothing. This is a demonstration, so you can watch with a coffee. Everything worth writing down is in the kit you leave with.
The last twenty minutes are. I say so at the start, I say the price out loud, and then I stop. The other hundred minutes are the demonstrations, and they're yours either way.
The systems are the ones I run in my own business every week. The only invented thing is the client in the invoice demo, and I'll tell you she's invented while I do it. My real clients didn't agree to be on your screen.
Then you'll recognize the gap between using it for a caption and running a business on it. That gap is what the two hours are about.
Sign up anyway. There's no replay, but you'll be first to hear the next date.

What comes next
You've just watched my morning. Eight weeks, and we build yours.
The AI Authority Business Build is the paid program, and it starts in September. Eight weeks, live, building the same infrastructure you watched me run: content, clients, admin, the whole department.
I'll cover it in full in the last twenty minutes on August 19. Nothing is hidden until then, so if you want the details now, they're on the page.
